Brake feel is important to all of us and the brake cam profile plays a large role in this. Some riders may prefer a brake that is more of an on/off feel while others prefer a longer lever throw with more modulation. For those that prefer a firmer feel and quicker bite point, you've come to the right place. For the first time ever, you can adjust the feel of your SRAM Code/Guide brake levers beyond reach and contact adjustment to match your preferred lever feel. These brake cams do not simply adjust the bite point of the brake, they change the rate that the master cylinder is depressed throughout the stroke of the lever. It's a whole new leverage curve for your brakes!

The install process is relatively simple and can be done at home so you can change up your brake's feel within minutes. We have found that these cams work best for us on trails where you are either braking hard or not at all. Those that have a tendency to drag/trail their brakes to control speed may experience a bit more hand fatigue when using these cams.
