The following terms and conditions are issued by 1000 Above Limited, Trading as 'Bikeaholic' they will apply between you and bikeaholic.co.nz when you use this website. By placing an order you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions.

This website is owned and operated by 1000 Above Limited, a New Zealand company. If you wish to discuss anything regarding these terms and conditions, please click on Contact Us.

Bikeaholic reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. It is your responsibility to regularly check these terms and conditions for any changes. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions set out below, you should not use this website.

1. General Information

Your contract for purchases made through Bikeaholic.co.nz is with 1000 Above Limited and you undertake that all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only. 
You agree that email can be used as a long-distance means of communication.
You undertake that all details you provide to Bikeaholic.co.nz for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.
1000 Above Limited reserve the right to terminate our agreement with you and to suspend or terminate your access to the site immediately and without notice to you if:

You fail to make payment to us when due
You breach any of our terms and conditions
When requested by us to do so, you fail to provide within a reasonable time frame, enough information to let us check the accuracy and validity of any information supplied by you, or your identity.

2. Terms of Sale

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to our terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to the North Island and South Island’s of New Zealand and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible..

a. Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try to ensure that all prices, details and descriptions on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

All prices are inclusive of GST. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

b. Payment

We accept  Master Card and Visa payments through our website. All payments via our website are processed using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, whereby sensitive information is encrypted to protect your privacy.

All transactions are in New Zealand Dollars ($) 'Bikeaholic' will appear as the payee on your statement.

Credit Card transactions are processed and verified in real time using Eway Payment Gateway.  Their privacy policy can be read HERE.

If the issuer of your credit card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

3. Delivery

Stock permitting, all orders are dispatched within 3 working days of being accepted. 

4. Returns

Returns will be accepted if product is intact with tags etc.  If product is faulty we will pay shipping cost, and offer replacement or refund. If you need to exchange we will cover cost of freight return to you only.  You the purchaser are liable for costs associated with shipping to Bikeaholic, 109a Gorge Road Queenstown New Zealand 9300.

5. Liability

We do not accept liability for any errors and/or omissions contained in our website. We reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services at any time and without notice.

We have taken every measure to prevent internet fraud and ensure any data collected from you is stored as securely and safely as possible. However, we cannot be held liable in the extremely unlikely event of a breach in our secure computer servers.

6. Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1000 Above Limited nor any associated company shall be liable to you by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website, the supply of the products or their use or resale by you.

While we endeavour to supply accurate information on this site, errors and omissions may occur. 1000 Above Limited does not accept any liability, direct or indirect, for any loss or damage which may directly or indirectly result from any advice, opinion, information, representation or omission whether negligent or otherwise, contained on this site. You are solely responsible for the actions you take in reliance on the content on, or accessed, through this site.

8. Law

These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

9. Entire Agreement

The above Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and 1000 Above Ltd. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms and Conditions will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of 1000 Above Ltd.
