The Bottlerocket is back!

We’re excited to bring back a true classic, the all-new Bottlerocket. Like the original, it’s built around the progression of trail building and freeride culture. Designed purely for freeride, it runs dual 27.5” wheels and offers adjustable rear travel at 180mm or 200mm, with compatibility for both single and dual crown forks. The alloy frame features multiple adjustment options so riders can fine-tune their setup for big hits, loose scree, or flowy bike park laps. Developed with our freeride athletes, the Bottlerocket is built for riders, by riders.

Two Build Options

Dual Crown

Ready to ride off cliffs or hit the lifts. The dual crown build features 200mm travel from Marzocchi's 58mm fork in front and 200mm of travel from the Bomber air shock out back. Paired with the SRAM GX DH drivetrain and straight seatpost, this robust build is ready for lap after lap.

Single Crown
This long travel slopestyle rig's only limitation is your imagination. No trick, line or zone is inaccessible to the 180mm/180mm travel Bottlerocket. Equipped with a dropper post and wide range cassette, you can easily spin up for your favorite local lap or remote mission to backcountry scree.

C.H.I.P.S & S.A.L.S.A

Everyone loves chips and salsa! In this case, C.H.I.P.S (Changes Height Independently of Progression Setting ) and S.A.L.S.A (Super Awesome Length Stay Adjusters) give you the ability to dial in your suspension curve, BB height, headtube angle and chainstay length for exactly how, and where you like to ride.

Bolt-On Protection

Shred more, worry less with the new downtube protection designed specifically for the Bottlerocket. Robust rubber downtube protection prevents rock chips and shuttle wear around the mid and lower downtube areas. These are held securely in place with two small fasteners and easily replaceable when the time comes.

Forged Rocker And Chainstay Yoke

For freeride, confidence is everything, and the last thing we want you worrying about is your bike. To ensure the Bottlerocket will take hit after hit, we built new, forged rockers and chainstays, each with their own bridge to add incredible strength, and stiffness. Together these pieces ensure suspension movement is as smooth as possible while minimizing rear end flex, tire rub, and staying strong for seasons on end.

Gravity Cast BB Area

This section of the frame is a single gravity-cast piece that is simple, strong, and precisely aligned. The process allows us to create a complex shape that integrates the C.H.I.P.S system while preserving deep dropper post insertion, all with fewer welds for added strength and reliability.
