We understand that it is frustrating when an item you purchased fails. As a local bike shop first and foremost, we want to help correct the matter. In the instance, you are not dealing with the manufacturer directly, let us help. Please complete the Bikeaholic Returns & Warranties form available HERE. Email the form with a photograph of the defective item to firstname.lastname@example.org. As each manufacturer has different warranty periods and policy we will assess uniquely and a member of staff will contact you on how to proceed.
Returns consist of refunds and exchanges for online and in-store purchases. Bikeaholic are as flexible as possible, we understand, damage can occur in transit and items may not fit. We can not accept returns or exchanges on sale items that are discontinued, gift cards, items that pose a hygiene risk or in the instance you have simply changed your mind. (Retail Therapy becomes Buyers Remorse!)
Bikeaholics 30 Day No-Fuss Refund Policy lets you rest assured when shopping in-store or online. Within 30 Days from purchase, if the item is not right, return it to the store or simply send it back. Items must be unused and in a 'saleable' condition. Original receipt is required. If sending please complete a Returns & Warranties form HERE and email to email@example.com. Refunds will be made to the original purchase method. We do not refund the freight component. Customers are responsible for the return freight costs. Bikeaholic is happy to exchange a product or supply a gift card of equal value. Exchanges can only be made in-store at this time. Online orders will be treated as a refund and new purchase. Items must be unused and in a 'saleable' condition. Original receipt is required.
